This little guy is Lev, he is from an adoption place in the Ukraine and he has HIV :( Elton & David tried to adopt him! ♥ 

Ah, I stand corrected. I thought this was a picture of his son, but you’re right.

From Wikipedia: “In September 2009, John announced his intention to adopt a 14-month-old boy, Lev, from an AIDS orphanage in Ukraine, but he was denied due to his age and marital status”

But Elton and his parter did have a baby boy in December 2010. I better find the right picutre and post it.
